I hold an M.S in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University, as well as a certificate in holistic nutrition as a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, I have spent over ten years working in the corporate environment for Eli Lilly and Company as a Neuroscience Specialty Sales Representative promoting medications for diabetes, ADHD, and depression.


I spent years going from doctor to doctor trying to figure out what was at the root cause of my chronic allergies and stomach discomfort. I was on multiple medications, and felt physically and emotionally drained. I decided that food and other lifestyle factors were at the root cause of my ailments and knew it was time to take my health into my own hands. I changed my way of eating and exercising, and reduced lifestyle stressors. As a result, I was able to wean off of my medications and live life in a much more energized and satisfied fashion.


I decided to become a holistic health coach because I believe that food changes everything. I believe that no single diet or way of eating works for everyone, and that food truly is the best medicine. As a health counselor, I am a personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life in a way that is flexible, fun, and void of deprivation and discipline. I help my clients discover food and lifestyle choices that best support them as a unique individual. I fully assist my clients in making lifelong, gradual changes in order to reach their current and future health goals.


I work with individuals, groups, and with corporate clients. My passion revolves around guiding clients to make better food and lifestyle choices for themselves-whether at work, or at home with their families. Through the process of limiting fake and chemical laden foods, and by adding in more plant-based whole foods, a person's entire life can and will change for the better!

I am a wife, mother, author, and Certified Health Coach. I have a terrific husband and three wonderful children. I hold a BA in Psychology and am a graduate of the Institute For Integrative Nutrition. I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and have furthered my education by gaining additional training in the identification and mitigation of hormonal imbalances, coursework headed by Dr. Sara Gottfried, Harvard educated Gynecologist and author of The Hormone Cure. In addition, I am a certified graduate of the Corporate Wellness Academy run by Well.Org.


I enjoy helping others discover how to nourish their bodies, feed their souls and find their balance and happiness by implementing a holistically healthy lifestyle. My foundational approach focuses on building awareness around the physical and emotional effects of food, as well as awareness of the mind/body connections. My passion lies in helping people realize the connection between what they eat and how they feel. I empower clients to control their own health and happiness by capitalizing on the power of their thoughts and lifestyle decisions.


In my book, The Simple Recipe For A Healthy, Balanced Life, I reveal the 7 ingredients you need to maintain balance and live a healthy life. This back-to-basics, simple recipe is designed to help you take control of your health and ultimately of your life.


As a Health Coach, I work one-on-one or in groups with clients to help them create a personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I also offer seasonal, whole foods cleanses, as well as corporate and individual holistic health workshops, and health fairs.


In addition, As a Certified Reiki Practitioner, I offer Reiki sessions for stress reduction and self-care in the Live Balanced For Life Energy Center.
